The party celebrated its 4rth year of existence as an independent politics party. The purpose of hosting the imbizo was to talk about the political state of the Gauteng province and the city of Tshwane. The Gauteng provincial imbizo was welcomed by the people of Tshwane as its focus was to talk about the state of the city. Action SA Gauteng chairperson Funzi Ngobeni addressed the activists across the Gauteng province that the party will put a new arrangement in the province that will ensure that they meet with their branch chairperson for them to be aligned as a party. She was 52 years old and was described as “a pioneer of the arts.” Mbokazi-Nkambule reportedly fell ill in April of this year and underwent surgery after struggling with breathing difficulties.
